TO THE EDITOB. Sir, — You publish the welcome news that our Bands' Executive has awakened to its coeition.' Why, I ask, has it not barred those bands before? As a bandsman, and ono who has followed up these musical cont9stß, I am pleased to notice that the executive has shown three very good virtues. Patienca ia one^ virtue, , caution another, but I think our executive has risen to the true position, and awarded the offending bandsmen justice. I hope the bandsmen will stand by their committee, and assist them to stamp out the practices wh:ch the offending bands would pass off a 8 fair going.— l am, &c, B NATURAL.
