Yesterday & telegram was received at the dißtricfc office, withdrawing the circular referring to the issue of the Imperial longservice decoration to colonial Volunteer officers. This, of course, does not mean that the warrant extending the decoration to colonial officers has boon withdraw!), but merely that the New Zealand circular in reference thereto has. One point of the latter waa that a fee of £1 was to be charged for the decoration.
