Accidentally Shot.
MASTEBTON, Apbil 30. Mr William Taylor, J.P., of Tenui, died in the hospital yesterday after the amputation of a leg. . Mr James Stewart, Bheepfarmer, of Waitawhiti, went out pig-hunting yesterday near Tenui, and was subsequently found dead with a bullet wound in his thigh. He is supposed to have accidentally shot himself, and bled to death.
