Mr Bruges, on behalf of Mr Spackman, moved in a return to a summons of Feb. 21, in re the Companies Aofc, and re the Westport Cardiff Coal Company, Limited*, to rectify the register. An adjournment was asked for, which his Honor allowed, Mr Fisher, who appeared in the tontra interest of the applicant, not opposing. O'BBIBN V. STEAD. Mr Loughrey moved for leave to reprint the rules of the Canterbury Jockey Club, in the matter of O'Brien v. Stead, for the use of the parties and judges. His Honor remarked that it Beemed a waste to print the whole of the rale?, when only about a dozen were referred to. Surely both parties could agree as to what rule 3 and what part of the programme were necessary. This would be sufficient, if one complete copy was also sent np. He would make the order in the form thus suggested. PROBATE. His Honor granted probate for the wills of George Duncan (Mr Slater), and H. B» Cocks (Mr Cotterill). SEED AND AGRICULTURAL COMPANY.
