I . ■ Mr D. O'Brien stateß that, at present, it |8 his intention to appeal against Mr Justice Dennieton'B decision in the " Challenge Stakes " case. The acceptance of Alyth for the Park Stakes Handicap, to be decided at the meeting of the Lancaster Park Amateur Trotting Club, reached the hands of the secretary too late to be included in the list. The letter containing the acceptance waa insufficiently addressed, and waa subjected to a compulsory registration fee, and heace the delay that was occasioned.
