CHRISTCHURCH. This Dat. (Before H. J. Hall and N. K. Bow-GD, Esqs.) • Deunkennesß.— For thiß offence, Robert Dunn and .Fergus Campbell were fined respectively 20a and 10a, with the usual alternatives of imprisonment in default. Dunn was further charged with indecency in Oxford Terrace, and pleaded "guilty.'* On this charge he was sentenced to three months' imprisonment with hard labour. (Before R. Beothara, E-q., R.M.) Civil Cases.— -J. Parish v. F. Bailey, claim _229 12s 7d for rent under a lease, Mr Joynt for plaintiff, Mr Spaokman for defendant. After hearing evidence Hia Worship gave judgment for plaintiff for 1 J63 los and costs.
