In Divorce.
THIS DAY. (Before his Honor Mr Justice Dennis. on.) DBUMMOND V. DBUMMOND. Mr Salter for the petitioner. This was the petition of William Grubb Drumniond for the absolute dissolution of his marriage with Maria Jane Drummond on the ground of adultery. James Rsynold was cited as co-respondent. His Honor made the decree nisi absolute.
