An officer oh board .the vessel observing thia shouted : " Clear out of the way', with that barge." •'■ ' ' Tlie lighterman, a native' of the Emerald Isle, ; shouted in reply : " Are ye the captain of that vessel P " " No," answered the officer. "Then spake to yer aiquals," eaid Pat ; " I'm the captain of this."
