Alleged Sly-Grog Selling.
« (Teb Press Association.] WELLINGTON, Sept 5. In the Magistrate's Court, in the case of Milanti, the Italian charged with slygrog selling, the Magistrate dismissed the information owing to the conflicting testimony on behalf of the proaecutiou, but expressed the opinion that the accused was morally guilty.
