Victory of Hall. [Pee Pbebb absooiation.l TIMARU, August 3. For the cycling tests Pither v. Hall there was a fine day, and the track was in good condition. Hall won the one-mile by a foot or two in 2min 43sec ; also the five miles in 14min G3sec. The three-miles was not ran.
