LYTTELTON.
(Before J. T. Brice and T. Dyer, Esqs.) DEUNKBNNKas.— WiIIiam Machin was fined 63, or in default twenty-four hours* imprisonment. L-Bcrny.— Herbert Turner was charged with the larceny of a small flask cf brandy, valued at 2s, the property of W. H. Kiddey, of the British Hotel. The charge wa_ proved by W. H. Kiddey, his son and the barmaid. It appeared that the accused came into the hotel and took the flask of brandy from the counter. Accused was fined 20a and costs, or in default fourteen days' imprisonment.
