Drunkknnesß.— A first offender was fined 53 and Is cab hire, or in default twenty-four hours' imprisonment.—Margaret Hughes was fined 10s and Is 6d cab hire, or in default forty-eight hours' imprisonment. Bebistinga Constable.— James Panton, charged with resisting Constable Moore while m the execution of his duty in Colombo street, on June 29, waa fined 20s and costs, or in default forty-eight hours' imprisonment.
