Grey, TJnder-Secretary at the Foreign Office, replying to a question, said there was no crisis in the adminin, tration of the affairs of Samoa, jj Mr Williams, a Home Kule candidate, has been elected unopposed for the Swansea seat in the House of Commons, the vacancy for which was created by Sir Huseey Vivian being raised to the peerege.
