One Company has evicted three thousand miners, and closed their property. SYDNEY, June 15. Strained relations between the Bailway Commissioners and their employees continue. The Secretary of the Guards and Shunter/ Union has been suspended for participating in a memorial setting forth their grievance?. The Commissioners say they have no official kcowledge of the suspension, which would be a departmental matter. MELBOURNE, June 15. In connection with the meeting of shipowners and seamen, each owner inviteß two members of the crew of each of their vessels in port to discuss the question.
