[Per Pbbss Association.! TIMABU, Feb. 23. The Afclaa Milling Company has declared the usual dividend of ten per cent, but this absorbs £1500 of the dividend equalisation fund. The Directors' repoct says that the past year was disastrous to millers throughout Australasia, heavy stocks of wheatg being bought in anticipa- ! tion of the market rising through the Bussiari famine and other causea, whereas the market declined continuously. This year he hoped [would be prosperous for the trade; aa wheat prices were at the bedrook.
