— ♦ — [Per Press Association.! BLENHEIM, Feb. 21. The Governor and his party came through from Pioton this morning by a special train. He received addresses from the burgesses and the Oddfellows, and held a leve*e. A luncheon is going on now. The party leaves at 2.30, and expects to reach Wellington in the Hinemoa at ten o'clock to- morrow. The weather is bad, and driving out impossible.
