THE EARL OF GLASGOW APPOINTED. TSpkciai to Press Association.] LONDON, Fbb. 9. The Earl of Glasgow succeeds Lord Onslow as Governor of New Zealand. [David Boyle, seventh Earl of Glasgow, as one of the Scotch Peers who are not Peers of Parliament. Tbe title was created in 1703, and the present Earl, who was born in 1833, succeeded thereto last year ; his son, Viscount Kelbnrne, beiag next in succession. The Earl of Glasgow, a retired captain ot tbe Boyal Navy, has seen service in the Rusniun and China wars. He is a J.P. and D.L. Ayrshire.]
