«, AUCKLAND TRAINING NOTES. I PaE Press Association.] AUCKLAND, Mat 30. At Ellerslie this morning a number of horses were at work in view of the A.R.C. Winter Meeting. Criminal and Burdine were out, and the latter was schooled over the stone wall. He is a beautiful fencer. Brown Bess did Blow work, with the view to keeping in trim for Sydney. Lochneßs did two circuits at three-quarter pace, with neck sweaters on. He'went well. Priscitla beat Bon Voyage over one round at top. Bryan O'Lynn did three medium rounds and neck or nothing four rounds. Dolosa worked outside the hurdles on the course, and ran a mile in lmin 54&ec.
