The buildings destroyed by fire yeßterday were Bi6h, jeweller; Commercial Hotel ; North, fancy warehouse ; Heley, draper ; Englert, grocer ; Doms, bootmaker; an empty house; Garth, tobacconist ; Zachariah, pawnbroker ; Whitaker, stitioner ; Brimble, tinßmith. The lobscs on buildings are a3 follow : — Perotti's Commercial Hotel and two shops, £2500, insured for .£740; Campbell, four shops, £1000, insured for £400; Brimble, two shops and dwellings, £GOO, insured for .£2OO. The losses on stock are — Bish, £100, fully covered ; Mrs Butler, £900, insured for £300; Noith, .£9OO, insured for £200 ; Heley, £2500, insured for £1250; Englert, £250, no insurance ; Garth, £250, no insurance; Zachariah, £1100, insured for £100; Whitaker, £1100, insured for £500 ; Bumble, £450, no insurance. The total losb is estimated at £14,000. A good deal of damage has been done by hasty removal.
