Property Sales.
Mr T. Bitllock reports having sold by suction at the Arcade on Saturday, Nov. 16, on account of the mortgagee, eight allotments in the township of Methvon as follows :— Lots 2, 33, 34, 55, 66, 57, 114, 115, containing in all two acres, together - with a dilapidated blacksmith's shop erected thereon. There was a spirited bidding, and it realised £220. I also offered the Mount Somera Hoad Board cottage, &c., together with two roods thirty-three perches, situated in the Mount Somera township, for which .£175 was bid. This not reaching reserve was passed, but afterwards there were enquiries which are likely to lead to a sale being effected. Privately, I hare disposed of Lota 62 and 63, containing one rood thirty-eight perches, corner of South-east Town belt and Wakanui road, for £50. Lot 27, containing half an acre, Hampstead Town Board district, for £20. Lots 24, 25, 26, 28, 29, each containing half an acre, part of B.S. 7767, near the above, for £&1 the lot. .
