[Special to.PbessAssociation.] LONDON, Nov. 18. At a meeting at the Guildhall in support of the Cityof London branch of the Federation League, Lord Eosebery said it was-absurd.to suggest introducing- colonists to seats:in the Honse^of Lords,. th©Commons,:or; the Privy' Council. He further-ex-, pressed the>opinion that it would-be impossible in any Federation scheme to include all federating estates- or >Colonies under one JZollverein. Caxdinal Manning, referring-tothe-proposal' to hold another Conferenceof Colonial delegates, eulogises thepersonnel of the first Conference., The Press generally is favourable to the-proposal.
