Tlie Emperor's Diary. Late European papers state that the Emperor Frederick's diary has been published in the North Deutsche Zeitung. The extracts principally detailed conversations which took place at a meeting between Napoleon and the Emperor William. In another part of the diary the Emperor Frederick says he emphatically protested against his month being closed by Bismarck, in respect to important State matters.
