i — •• » ■ BESOLTJTION TO WIND UP. [Per Pbebs Association.] AUCKLAND,. Sept. 21. . A meeting of shareholders in the Nortti New Zealand Woollen Company -was held to-day to consider the financial position of that body. It was announced that the Bank of New South Wales had made a demand for the payment of .£Li8,413, to be paid on or before Oct. 1. It was resolved — " That, as the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue, it be wound up;" aiid the meeting then adjourned until Monday.
