In tho House of Commons, Sir Ckorge Campbell, the member for Kirkcaldy, has given notice to ask on Saturday whether Sir Henry Parkes admitted acting illegally io excluding tbe Chinese from Kew South Wales ; whether he had stated that the Grovermnent were determined to exclude the Chinese, despite the Imperial Government; whether Lord Carriogton had assented to the Bill indemnifying the action of tbe Groyernment, and whether this Bill is in accordance with the existing treaties between Great Britain and China.
