By proclamation, anarchists are deprived of the right of trial by jury, for a year, in fifteen districts of Austria! BOMB, August 4. The Italian Government have informed the G-reat Powers that they have planted the Italian flag at Zeila, south of Massowah. [The harbour of Zeila was made over to Egypt by tha Porte in July, 1875, and later in the same year the Khedive's troops marched thence inland, and took possession of Harar. An attempt to seize Brava also was frustrated through the intervention of England. An actual inroad into Abyssinia by the Egyptian troops in 1875 had a disastrous issue, but since no definite understanding as to territorial limits was arrived at, the whole borderland surrounding the wedge-like promontory of Abyssinia remained a debatable land.]
