Renata Kawepo's Will.
[Pbb Pbxss Association.] ■ WELLINGTON, August 6. The Chief Justice delivered judgment in ' the Renata will case this morning. Probate was granted to Airini Donnelly. After 1 judgment, which waa very lengthy, waa 1 concluded, Mr H. D. Bell, counsel for ! Broughton, gave notice of appeal at the November sittings of the Appeal Court. It ! was agreed that probate should not be issued pending the appeal. Costs were given against Broughton, and are not to be paid out of the estate.
