[Special to Pbess Association*] LONDON, Aogubt2. The Qaeen will visit Baden in the autumn fov the purpose of availing herself of the mineral hatha. Her Majesty has been snffering lately from an injury to the knee, sustained some time ago. Queen Victoria will meet the Emperor William at Baden on Sept. 30. The womeu of Great Britain have presented the Queen with a magnificent diamond necklace of elaborate design, ia commemoration of the Jubilee of Her Majesty's reign. The report that Queen "Victoria was to meet the Emperor of Germany at Baden in September next has been denied.
