1 O [Psb Press Association.] DUNEDIN, March 10. At the University Senate, Dr Grace was accredited delegate to the celebration of the Bolonga University. Becommendations for D.Sc. degree were adopted as follows : — The degree of Doctor of Science shall be given for special excellence in "■ Borne branch of study included within the schedule of the subjects for honours in science ; no candidate to present himself until at least three years after passing the examination for the degree Bachelor of Science.
