The Proclaimed Counties.

LONDON, July 25. Ten Irisk cities, including Dublin, Derry, Belfast, and Cork, and fourteen additional Counties, are proclaimed to be under the full operation of the provisions of the Irish Crimes Act. Twelve Counties have been partially proclaimed, thus comprising the whole of Ireland, except certain portions of the County of Antrim.
