[Rkuter's Telegrams.] LONDON, August 28. Consols have fallen to lOOf . New Zealand securities are quoted to-day as follow : — 5 per cent 10-40 loan, 105 f; 5 per cent 1889 loan, 105£; 4jper cent 1879-1904 loan, 99£;~4 per cent inscribed stock, 102§. The market rate of discount has declined to 1| ; Bank rate, 2 per cent. The markets for Colonial breadstuffs and tallow are without quotable change. The catalogue at to-day's wool sale comprised 11,300 bales. The market is firm for good qualities of wool. Arrived, from Lyttelton — Ships Brenhilda (May 15), and Grlenlora (May 24).
