ST LUKE'S NEW ORGAN.
The following particulars regarding St Lake's new organ (to which we referred yesterday) will be of interest to many. It will be seem to be one of the most complete instruments in the Colony : — Gbbat obßin-(12 Stops)— o Ctog 3.

A tremulant is also provided, and is brought under the performer's control by means of a pedal. There are thus thirty stops and eight pedals, providod for the governance of the instrument, the total number of pipes bring 1454 Every Btop (save two) throughout the organ is " complete,," being supplied with a full rank of pipes sunning through the entire compass of the key -board } tbe two which ars only partial are the great urgan Gambit and the swell, organ Keraulopiion, both of whioh extend from tenor 0 upwards. The pipo work throughout the organ is of the largest scale, blown with only a moderate pressure of wind, the result boing exceptional fullness and roundnsss of tone. Tho front pipes (ire elegantly decorated in gold and colour, a-d are so arranged that they extend right ovor the player's head to tho front of the organ ohambar. The organ h*B boon built by Mmrs Biahop and Sons, of London, from designs and specifications by Mr Neville Bari.ett, the organist of the Church. The task of ereobion has b«en
undertaken by Mr Farrell, of Addington, who has completed the work in a most satisfactory manner. An advertisement elsewhere gives some particulars of the service and organ reoital, whioh are announced for to-morrow evening, at 7.30 p.m.-
