[SP-OIAX TO THB " STAB." J WELLINGTON, Sbpt. 7. The session may be said to have closed last night, having lasted exaotly twelve weeks. The two Appropriation Bills bave been passed throuth both Houseß. These, including the votes passed for Immigration end Publio Works, £2,091,757, together with the votes passed for Publio Bervioe, £2,141,922, make a total appropriation for the year of £4,333,679. The oeremony of prorogation will take place to-morrow afternoon at three o'olock.
