Deunkexness. — A first offender was fined 5s for being helplessly drunk on Tuesday, nt noon, and asleop on the sidewalk. Foegbby.— E. Galbraith, charged with forgery and uttering at Outram, pleaded guilty, and was remanded to 0 uira 21 to appear there on Dec. 11. Civil. Oases. — Philip v. Anderson, claim £7 4s Id, and Davis v. Oldfield, claim £17 19a ld. Mr Nalder for plaintiff. Judgment by default. — Leaver v. Croatz, olaim £14. Mr Nalder for defendant. Nonsuited.
