Mr Gresson obtained leave to register a probate copy of the deceased's wi)l instead of the original. HICHBNS T. HICHBNS. Mr Joynt, for the plaintiff, applied for an order approving of the sale which had taken place, and of the draft conveyance. Mr J. 0. Martin, for the defendant, consented. His Honor granted the application. LBASBS AND BALES OF SETTLED BBTATB3 . ACT. He petition of Isabella Jackson Tregear : — Mr J. 0. Martin obtained an order appointing Thomas Blmsley, coach-builder, as guardian of certain infants for the purpose of consent* ing on their behalf to petition. He also obtained from Hi* Honor instructions as to advertising sale of property referred to in the said petition. Be ABBITBATIOS— TUDJAMi AND IITCH.B. Mr Jojnt moved for a rule nisi for the attachment of John Ezra Ingle, for refusing to pay the award herein. His Honor granted the rule, returnable at Obambeis on Tuesday next.
