THE DRUID CENTENARY

At seven o'clock to-morrow evoning, the hour fixed for tho starting of the torchlight procession which forms a prominent feature in tho Druids' Centenary Celebration, an immense gathering of people may fairly be anticipated. There can be but littlo doubt, from the information afforded us, that the display will be ono of tho most effective over witnessed in this city.

Tho l'ne of march will be as follows . — Leavo tho Drill-shed grounds at 7 p.m. ; cross tho Cashel Btreet bridge, and up to Colombo atreet ; thence along Colombo street to the South Bolt, and along the Belt as far as Manchester street, stopping there to receive country members ; up Manchester and High streets to Cathedral Square, and thence along Colombo Btreet north as far as Salisbury Btreet ; along Salisbury street to Victoria street ; across the bridge, and into Colombo ttreet to Cathedral Square, to the roar of the Godley statue ; thence by way of Hereford street and Oxford Terraco to tbe Cashel Btreot bridge, and back to the Drill-shod, where the promenado concert will bo forthwith commenced. The principal features in the processional display will include a representation of Britannia, supported by Art and Justice; the mysterious logo Dubeline ; a oompany of Druid harpers, the war chariot and wenpon« of Anciert Trunin, <:rd V<o rn->U\'v , t Uaractacus, who is to be represented as being under a guard of Boman soldiers. In addition, a largo number of members of tho Order will bo attired in thoir picturesque rogalia, ond tho uao of an almost unlimited supply of coloured fires and golden showers will impart tho de.irod brilliancy. A brass band, ir, need scarcely be said, is included in the urrangements.
