A Sinoulab Object. — A curioua phenomenon can bo seen on the Tararua Creek, about three-quarters of a milo above the junction with tho Ohio stream, in the shape of a largo kauri tree growing on the top of solid rock. The tree must bo over 80 foot, in height and about four foot thick, und has us healthy an appearance as ono growing out of aatritious soil. — Tliamtt Advertiser.
