Won't Wash.
The Harbour Board employed the steamer Annie Millbank to work the barrows borrowed from the Dunedin Harbour Board, but the experiment has proved a failure. The harrows disturbed the mud whioh settled down hard owing to the current not being strong enough to carry it away.
