HAREWOOD ROAD CO. Y. BPRING'3 FARM CO. A match was played between the above teams on Saturday afternoon last, in Mr Patterson's paddock (kindly lont for the purpose), and resulted in an easy victory for the latter Club, as will be seen by the scores, whioh were— Spring's Farm Club, lat innings, 45 ; 2nd innings, 43 ; total, 67. Harewood road Club, Ist innings, 20 ; 2nd innings, 26 ; total, 46. For the Spring's Farm Club the bowl* ing of Rutland, W. Cresswell, and D. Reese was very, effective ; while Cosgrove, Nunweek, and Bell did good service in like manner for the other team. The only batting ■ worth notice was that of Homer for , the winning team, who made 16 in his first innings and 7 in his second, none of the other batsmen for either team reaching double figures. A return match will in all probability take place noxt Saturday. , •. •••
