Order granted. RE "DEBTORS AND CREDITORS' ACT" AKJ> RE TnE PETITION OF A. ST. G. HAMEBSLEY A CREDITOR, AND RE THE ESTATE OP JAMES PRASE B A DEBTOR. Motion to show cause why an order of adjudication should not be made herein. Order made absolute, arid July 30 fixed as the day on which the debtor should surrender. RE WILL OF WILLIAM PARISH, DECEASED. Mr Wynn Williams moved for an order for leave to issue probate to John Parish, as one of the executors in said will named, the other executor having renounced. Granted
