Tho Wellington correspondent of tho Zvt> telton Times repeats the report concerning the reconstruction of tho Ministry, whioh we mentioned on Saturday as circulated by the Evening Post. Tho rumour is thus roforrod to by the New Zealand Times of Saturday :— ln the House last night Sir Julius Vogol announced that on Tuesday next ho would make a Ministerial statement in whioh the intentions of the Government as to the appointment of an Agent-General would bo disolosod. Should the appointment involve a reconstruction of the Ministry, it is understood that nothing will induce Mr Stafford to toko effioo, and wo have reason to boliove that a very different programme to thoso rumoured hitherto will bo brought forward. In particular, it may bo notioed that tho reoonstruotion of tho Cabinet disoussed in an evening paper laßt night, is likely to prove inoorreotfrom beginning to end.
