"*♦ Tuesday, Sept. 15. (Before Mr Justice Gresson.) His Honor eat in the Court Chambers at 11 a.m. EE ANTHONY CEISPE COTTRELL, DECEASED. On the application of Mr Helmore, his Honor granted letters of administration to Joseph Cottr'ell, as brother of deceased, the widow and mother of deceased having renounced. EE &EOBGE HTJTOHINSON. On the application of Mr George Harper, the time for obtaining a complete execution of the deed of composition was extended for a month. BE JOHN NEILS ON, DECEASED. On the application of Mr Slater, his Honor granted letters of administration to Sophia Neilson, as widow of deceased. EE SELIG AND BEHJAMIKT. On the application of Mr Garrick, his Honor granted a rule nisi, calling on the trustee to show cauße why he should not pay to the provisional trustee his charges ; rule returnable on Friday, the 23th inst. BE HENBY BENFIELD, DECEASED. On the application of Mr Thomas, his Honor granted probate to Thomas Howell, as sole executor named in the will. EE GEOBGE PULLEE. On the application of Mr Hawkins, his Honor made an order of adjudication j creditors to meet on Sept. 23, at noon. The Court then roße.
