Ihis Day. (Before C. C. Bowen, Esq, R.M.) Stealing Apples. — James Gatherer and Edward Buckeridge were brought up, charged with having been concerned in the larceny of apples, for which George Osborne was convicted on Tuesday. Inspector Pender applied for a remand, in order to enable the production of evidence, and his Worship granted a remand until Tuesday next. His Worship agreed to accept bail in sureties of £100 each, and a substantial householder in £50 for each of the prisoners.
