Another telegram, special to the San Francisco Bulletin, and dated Aug. 9, states that consols are at 91£ for money, and 9Lf for account, also that tallow has advanced quickly and steadily Is, owing to the probability of Russia being involved in the war. Fine mutton is quoted at £40 to £43 3s. Australian is dull and no sales are reported. Wool is dull; sales have been made at fair prices, but practically nothing is doing. Hides are languid.
