BE NICHOLAS SMITH. * The bankrupt applied for an order fixing the date of last examination and discharge. His Honor fixed the last examination for Thursday, the 20th October. RE WILLIAM M'CLUBE. Mr H. Slater applied for a similar order. His Honor fixed the laat examination for the 20th October. BE ARTHUR BOBEBT COOPEB. Mr George Harper applied for an order declaring the complete execution of the deed of assignment, and annulling the order of adjudication. His Honor said he -would make the order, subject to the filing of a short affidavit. BHODES T. ROBINSON. . Mr George Harper applied for a rule calling on defendant to show cause why he should not enter up judgment of nil capiat per breve, or why, in default, the plaintiff should not be at liberty to do bo for him. Wm. Rolleston, as Superintendent, to show cause why the Registrar should not proceed with taxation and costs. His Honor granted the rule, to be returnable this day week.
