CHRISTCHDRCH. This Dat. (Before C. C. Bowen, Esq., R.M.) Drunkenness. — William Prideaux was fined 20s, or, in default, 48 honrs' imprisonment, for having been drunk and incapable: Larcknt. — Mary Holmes, an old offender, was charged with stealing a purse containing £9, the property of Fredk. Clapham, in a brothel kept by a Mrs Green, at the Bricks Wharf. The stolen property had not been found, and on the application of the police, the case was adjourned until the 6th inst.— Mary Ann Robinson, an old offender,, was sent to gaol for three months at hard labour, under the Vagrant Act.
