Drunkenness. —James McClure, brought up for the first time on a charge of drunkenness and incapability, was discharged with a caution. —James Stoddart, on bail, failed to^ appear in answer to a charge of drunkenness and disorderly conduct yesterday, and a warrant was accordingly ordered to be issued for his arrest.—Charles Hedge, who was fined yesterday for having been drunk and disorderly in a public thoroughfare, was again charged with a similar offence, and was fined £3, or, in default, ordered to be locked up for one week.
