(Before W. Donald, Esq., R.M.) Cattle Trespass.— W. Perkins was charged l with having two head of cattle at large, and, the offence being prored, was fined 10s, and 4s costs. G. Scott was charged with the same offence, and was fined ss, and 4s costs. civil cases. Cummins v. Johnson. — Claim, £4i 18a Bd, Adjourned. Griffiths t. Johnson.— Claim, £5 19s 3d. Judgment for plaintiff, £1 ls 3d ; costs, 20s — each party to pay their own.
