CHKISTCHUKCH. This Day. (Before his Worship the Mayor and K. Wesfcenra, Esq.) Drunkenness. — John King and Joaiah Long, for having been drunk and incapable yesterday, were respectively fined 5s and 10s. Biotoos Conduct. — William McFarlane and William Foster were jointly charged with having been guilty of riotous conduct in the Criterion Hotel last night, a further charge : of drunkenness being also preferred against the former. From the evidence, it appeared that McFarlane had commenced the disturbance, and that Foster, so far from being riotous, had tried to remain quiet. McFarlane was accordingly fined ss, and foster was dismissed.
