Tins Day. (Before Mr Justice Gresson.) His Honor sat in the Court Chambers at 11 o'clock. HE MICHAEL HART. Mr Stedman moved for an order directing articles of agreement, dated 14th November, 1862, to be executed by T. S. Duncan mine pro tune, and that the said Michael Hart may be allowed the whole or a portion of his services under the said articles ; also for an order allowing the articles entered into between T. S. Duncan and Michael Hart to be filed, iv pursuance of provisions of section 9 of the Law Practitioners Act Amendment Act, 1862. Mr Duncan had not signed the articles, and the applicant could not therefore obtain admission as a barri-ter and solicitor. The Court was of opinion that it had no jurisdiction to make the orders as prayed, but his Honor promised to bring the case under the consideration of the Judges at the sitting of the Court of Appeal. In Bankruptcy. re john bdluon and john carter. t Mr Joynt applied for an order of adjudication and meeting of creditors. His Honor made the order, filing the meeting of creditors for Monday, the 25 th October, at 1 1 o'clock. BE JACOB WAECKERL"!. Mr Garrick, upon the petition of the Bank of New Zealand, applied for a conditional order of adjudication. His Honor made the conditional order, returnable on the sth November. WILSON V. CATOX AND ANOTHER. AND WiLSON V. GRAHAM.. The draft decree, as agreed upon by counsel for plaintiff and counsel for defendant, was approved of as amended by the Court, and the decree made in the terms thereof.
