People's Rally Month
Special services are being held this month in response.toanappeal o* the Life and Works committee.
On September 4th, good congregations gathered for communion services and a special sermon to young men was preached by Rev A. Davis in the evening. Last Sunday evening a special address was given to young women from "Joan of Arc.” . The preacher urged girls to adopt a banner with four bars j— "Temperance, Purity, Religion and Service.” A large number of young people were present. Next Sunday services in the morning and evening will be conducted by Rev. A. D. Horwell, B. at Te Puke |nd in the afternoon at Paengaroa.
